The coke blocking car is a supporting equipment for large coke ovens,usually running on the rails on the coke side of the coke oven.

Mainly used to open and close the coke oven door,guide the hot coke pushed out from the coke oven chamber by the pushing car to the quenching car,and be responsible for transporting the furnace door and door frame that need to be repaired.This equipment can be designed according to user requirements and the actual size of the coke oven.

Function and Structure

The coke blocking car serves the coke side of the coke oven.Its main task is to open the coke side furnace door of the carbonization chamber before pushing the coke.

(1)Door opening device:including screw tightening mechanism,door lifting mechanism,door sliding mechanism,and furnace door rotating mechanism.Responsible for completing the opening and closing tasks of the furnace door.

(2)Focusing grid device:including focusing grid and moving mechanism.

(3)Traveling mechanism:Drive the coke blocking car to travel back and forth on the coke side track.

(4)Electrical control and signal interlocking devices.

(5)Cleaning mechanism for furnace door and furnace door frame.

(6)Auxiliary mechanical equipment:cooling equipment for the driver's cab.
